I still find it rather dumb that EA is still SELLING the game but doesn't bother to patch it so it would work with modern day Op systems. They're essentially selling a broken product without disclosing it needs the patch OR even saying "go to this fansite which provides a free patch download that fixes our game"

for people who dont feel like paying, you can download ra2 and yr for free from the xwis forums
the ra2 version of the game does not contain campaign, the yr game does since its freeware.

so I bought the online code from walmart and it seems like I only got the music soundtrack and cannot find the 17 games I bought. the origin website is TERRIBLE AT EXPLAINING THINGS. I just want to play the games I got CAN ANYONE HELP ME?? I bought the Ultimate collectors edition from walmart online for $16 used the online code it gave me to download the game software and I CANNOT FIND ANYTHING BUT THE SOUNDTRACK CRAP.

I keep thinking about picking up the games.
I first played original C&C when I got a demo disk from the dollar store and fell in love.
Then in middle school I saw that The First Decade was released and I fell more in love with the series and RA2.

there is no (setup.exe) file, just a launch file that W10 doesn't know what to do with it

If anyone is wondering this fix only is for multiplayer. Campaign will still crash on the original game when u start it. The campaign maps are there but not the scripted “story”

I had a little trouble downloading Origin but another video helped me with that. Besides that, it seems to be perfect!

I still have my original CDs for both of these games but no way to use the disks with my modern setup that doesn't have a cd drive. Is there a working pair of ISO's of the disks I could use to install the game and input my CD keys into to validate them? I even tried burning my CD's into Iso's on an older macbook with a cd drive but they had some files that couldn't seem to make it into the ISO, maybe corrupted from scratches. Really don't want to buy games I already have CD keys for all over again.
