Just want to say, I'm planning a trip to Germany next year and you guys' videos have been the most useful thing that could possibly exist. Definitely making me realize that two weeks isn't enough time to see half the stuff I want to see, now, hah. Thank you!

Wow! All of this looks so delicious, even if I got a stomach ache from just watching 🤣 We can't wait to visit Munich and go to all of these places as well as exploring all the other things in Munich you recommended.

Love it. Some new places for us to look for when we finally get back to Munich. What I love about German desserts compared to American desserts is that they aren't over the top sweet to the point where I feel like I'm immediately going to become a diabetic. They tend to have a much better balance in my experience. (Side note, the Viktualienmarkt in Munich was our first beer garden experience so it holds a special place in our hearts!)

Just a little tip, if you order at Caffe Frischhut „auf die Hand“ you get a special bag that is particularly well suited (open on two sides) to eat on the go.

Fun video! It was nice having Camille do a bit more of the front of the camera work; well done! Also, I love Cafe Frischhut - their hours are quite German, so it can be hard to get one when I want, but I'm always happy when I manage it.

Love the food and life tours of Munich (like this and of the Christmas festivals from the past). Looking forward to one featuring Biergartens. We know of your favorite…but what of some of the other best there in your experience? Keep these coming!

I'm looking forward to checking out your suggestions. One of my favorite pastries is the Bienenstich. Do you all have a suggestion for the best local bakery or bakeries in Munich for bread and pastries?

I would love to go to Cafe Guglhupf. I´ve only been to Munich 6 or seven times in my life, visiting all the tourist hotspots, taking pictures of the Clock at Marienplatz and in the end we always found ourselves at Mcdonalds or the Augustiner "Beer Hall". Cafe Guglhupf looks like an incredible chilled place to sit down for a moment, have some capucino, some cake and look at the photos/videos you made and plan the next steps of your "adventure tour" in the heart of the city! thank you so much for this recommendation!!!

Great video! Thanks for risking getting diabetes for us. 🤣 Can't wait to try out these spots the next time we visit Munich. Keep up the great work!

Never heard of Café Guglhupf before, I'd lived in Munich from 2008-14 with hundreds of returns to the city ever since. I'll give this place a try next SAT!!!
If you guys want to taste the best coffee this city has to offer, visit Café Vits on Rumfordstraße near Isartor. Several coffee variants from multiple countries are offered there, the beans are roasted inhouse - you're also able to buy your coffee there, either ground or in whole beans to prepare at your home. Kuchen is great there as well - but don't go there on a SUN!! It's a place in which you'll only meet locals! Get at least a Cappuccino or a Latte Machiato

Great places to go! I've never been to Café Guglhupf. But I love Café Frischhut! In my opinion, they have the best Schmalznudel/Auszogne in all of the city. We call it in here also Auszogne (undressed) since the Bäuerinnen used to stretch the dough above their knees to form the thick part around and the transparent part in the middle. In other Regions of Bavaria, they call it Knieküchle (little knee cake). But no! Don't worry! They don't do this nowadays at all. 😄
