They had so much chemistry throughout the whole franchise and since theres no Jesse in the third film it really should've been more about Becca and Chloe than Becca and this other guy that just randomly appeared

I think this is one of those rare moments where the fans would've rather seen two female characters, who have IMMENSE chemistry with each other, actually end up together then seeing them end up with freshly introduced male characters. It's a shame this wasn't done bc that would've made many more people happy :(

To be fair, this was the 2010s. Until half way through that decade, gay marriage was illegal in most states. I can see why the producers didn’t want the main character to be a lesbian.
