Always a good saw - much lighter, faster and safer to use, especially when you're tired. I like the Japanese pull-saws better - because they straighten themselves in action, the blades can be thinner and you have to remove less material = less energy-consuming

Way more safer than an axe❤I saw that coming 😂

I use a Sven Folding saw for camping, hiking, and around the property.

It depends on what I want it for; if I’m just getting material out of the way to move it without dragging, hatchets are easier if they’re nice and sharp and I don’t mind a bit of limb left.
If it’s being used as building or crafting material, the saw all day.
Whatever saves me time and frustration!

With limbs that are green still. I prefer Axe. Hands down. Unless it's too large. Than I prefer a bow saw. (Folding is prob a better choice for delimbing over a bow saw because the bow saw handle will not get in the way.) But not worth carrying both bow amd folding. I'll stick with my tool loadout. 4 inch belt knife. Kukri with 9 inch blade. 2.1lb vintage hults bruks hung on a custom 22 inch handle. Perfect pack axe. (I hate hatchets. I find them usless.) Actually I do carry a small aluminum keyhole saw. For more small bushcrafting tasks.

The saw, safety first, especially when camping by myself.

Great video my friend! I use some saws like that and I also use machetes as well to cut smaller limbs saves gas on the chainsaw. Also you get a nice wrist and arm workout, saves me a day in my gym. Thanks for sharing brother Daniel. I take it your folks named you after Daniel from the Bible?

Seriously No; a Saw Knife. This toy takes too much effort.
From your video; I could break everything by hand or kick chops or slam the branch against a tree more efficiently.

If you need a simple small branch saw tool; bow saw or folding bow saw.

I love saws! I have a 240 mmm silky tomboy, corona razor edge and Laplander.
All three are great!! But the Silky is a step ahead of the others. It’s 240 mm where the others are shorter. That plays a huge difference!
But all 3 are great saws!
I’m gonna try one of these out too buddy!!! Thanks for the video!
