Ober's Test - Iliotibial Band Tightness (ITB)

In this video, we are demonstrating the Ober's Test, which aims to detect a tight Tensor Fascia Latae (TFL) muscle and Iliotibial Band on the outside of the knee/thigh. This test should be performed on both legs to judge comparison.
