Here’s one. Tsunade’s anti aging jutsu is based on Hashirama’s healing. Canon. What’s not canon is what specific part of his jutsu she’s replicating, I’d like to propose, Madara’s non-canon MS. Time based. One moves things backwards slightly as we’ve seen in games, i present his other ability is aging his opponent, something that didn’t work on Hashirama due to his healing factor, which Tsunade was directly inspired by. Her healing is based directly on the ability her grandfather demonstrated in counteracting advanced aging jutsu. (It’s also probably why he died young. He looked young but his cells had aged generations fighting Madara.)

This is what they’ve been building up to this whole time. Everyone complains that the naruto universe has been ruined by the Otsutsuki’s being the main focus instead of ninjas. But Naruto’s future Grand child is going to be the entire reason for the change of focus. That kid is going to be born a God and it’s going to impact the Naruto-verse moving forward.
