This video maybe triggering for some. I talk about how trauma changes the brain. I always thought OCD was only hereditary but I’ve learned so many new things since my diagnosis & I wanted to share.

I tried to make it short & to the point but I also want to say there are many different subtypes of OCD & everyone has different levels of struggles. I believe as I give myself moments to open up abt my struggles I’m letting go of my own self-stigma as well as attracting people who share the same values of acceptance. When I choose to take breaks it’s to avoid burnout, but I’m trying to get better at knowing where my burnout point is. Thank you buddies 🩷

I also have a lil book I’m tapping on in my lap & it scratches against my shirt a couple times which hurted my own eardrums while editing so sorry lolll
