You could see the 1000 hours of training as soon as Mike got near the bag. The stance and the movement and he punched through the bag. Talent for destruction crafted over many years !!!

Damn the way Mike still throws punches is with so much class. Its like art. I wish I could box or better yet start boxing somehow.

I find it amazing, when you watch older/retired boxers or professional fighters. Even when they are much slower, older and even have hip, leg or shoulder issues when they retire, they all move with that same fluid, sharp movement. That muscle memory of them doing the same thing for 10/15/20 years doesn't ever go away. When they are demonstrating things, you can still see flashes of their body just going back to what it knows from instinct. I always find it amazing to watch.

Seriously, I am no fighter, but I learned how to make a proper fist when I was in second grade or something.

Iron Mike was an animal before every fight, and a perfect gentleman when it was over..he'd even help guys off the canvass.
So happy to see him have success in life after boxing and bullshit.

Tysons secret in his successful early career was his head movement and the fact he threw punches in bunches ....very hard to hit when coached by cus damoto or Kevin Rooney

What kind of grown man doesn't know how to make a proper fist? He's lucky he didn't step out with Bas Rutten.

Mr. Tyson..
probably one of the most knowledgeable when it comes to his passion.
You have to absorb everything he speaks on.

One of the greatest that came from New York.👍🏻
