Wow! I headed south just in time! It was getting cool when I was in Newport, WA so I went to WY, and it started getting cool, too. So now I'm in southern UT headed to AZ and CA. So hopefully I'll avoid the cold until I get home. (Oh, I'm going to Belize in Jan to escape the cold, too!)
I am a NWS weather spotter and the county coordinator for CoCoRaHS since 2008, and I have a weather station since 2007 sending to CWOP (DW0148), Weather Underground, and PWS Weather. We need more CoCoRaHS and observers, for sure!
