GMAT Tuesday: Should I Take the GRE or the GMAT?

With nearly every major business school accepting the GRE or the GMAT for admissions, we need to know which test to take. Today, I dive into the question and hopefully provide some guidance for making a decision.

Hi Kevin,
Love your videos. I took the GMAT recently and scored 500 after studying intensively for almost a month. I am now inclined towards taking the GRE instead as I feel more at home with it. Also I took 2 Practice tests (Powerprep, Princeton) and scored 306 and 308. I still cant seem to make up my mind.
With the GMAT my target score is 600+

I have noticed that many Business schools also take the GRE but I think that they don't know how to properly assess the scores when comparing it to the GMAT.

Thank you for the video, really helped me to make the better choice, I'll look forward to GRE as I've bachelorate degree in science which will give me more advantage if I want to do a dual degree, I just need to know, is there something like the University which accepts both GRE and GMAT will give more preference to a GMAT student over GRE?

I have completed my graduation in Btech in CSE in 2020 and Now I'm placed in MNC where I'll work for 2-3years and I'm also planning for higher studies to abroad in 2023 or 2024 which will be the better option?

What if i take both and submit both results. Will it improve the chances instead of any 1 exam. Like hec paris has option of submitting both the exam results simultaneously.
