Here in this video, we have shown a step by step process of making Quinoa Cutlets. Hope you like it :)

Ingredients

Quinoa : 1 Bowl (Boiled)
Oil : 1 Tbsp. (Mustard)
Onion : 1/4 Bowl (Chopped)
Carrot : 1/4 Bowl (Chopped)
Beans : 1/4 Bowl (Chopped)
Corn : 1/2 Bowl (Chopped)
Shimla Mirch : 1/4 Bowl (Chopped)

Recipe

1. Take a non-stick pan, add oil (Mustard), onion and cook it for a while. Now add carrot, beans, and shimla mirch and cook them for a while, then add roughly chopped corn.

2. Now all veggies with the boiled quinoa in a bowl and add salt, red chili powder, ajwain, besan and mash them properly but don't make a paste.

3. Now, make patties out of the mixture and keep is ready to cook.

4. Now, take a pan and bush it with oil. Now put patties on the pan, and toss with some coriander leaves.

5. Also apply oil on top of patties with the help of a brush and make sure to cook from both sides.

6. Serve hot with green chutney
