This makes sense why you need movement variation in weight training whether it be an Olympic bar, swiss bar, dumbbells etc... people don't understand the overuse of a single movement can lead to injury.

Tai chi is very good for Fascia expanding and smooth gliding movements on the muscles, aalong side deep breath work during tai chi, i currently do this and my nerves and muscles are getting more and more in synce with each other
