Gira: American Utopia World Tour

Have to say that on my time on this earth, this was one of the best concerts I've ever seen. I enjoyed the St. Vincent show but this one blew that one away.

Saw this show on Broadway last night. Second row! Easily one of the best live shows I've ever seen. Period. Exclamation mark.

Wow! David Byrne began ahead of his time, and is still ahead...of now.

Wish I’d been there. His voice hasn’t aged one bit. Hair is gorgeous too 😉

""so lazy I almost stop....ptd!" that 'ptd' added is the very punchline.
And here's the original writer and singer making the mistake of "so lazy I almost stop"

Either I have some mild form of OCD, or I'm stating that the very best part of this classic iconic track is missing! :(

Oh well, I still have my CD and David you are WONDERFUL, but I just don't get how this happened.
"

The above I already commented on another live play of this.

Now in this versions it's "so lazy I almost stopped" jeez I give up.
The is the greatest tiny piece of writing and seems to be missing from live versions. I'm sure the concert was great and I hate to type this out. But if Sting sung "as we lie in fields of gol" it wouldn't quite be the same.
I suppose it was a creative change and I'm a moron. Sorry.

Saw the show in Milwaukee, if you listen to the very start of the video, not many people knew that song, but those who did, shit their pants when it started! I was one of them!

I LOVED this show in Boston. A friend of friend who worked at theatre got us tickets. At the end, I was holding back tears so hard as to not cry to a stranger at how incredible show was and how thankful I was for the experience. Now, I wish I just let it all Amazing show. DB is the best

Can't we have live performances like this instead of the airhead shallow nonsense that passes for a performance nowadays. Is it too much to ask?

I had the privilege of being an audience when David & friends played the 3 Arena, Dublin, in October - phenomenal: one of the best concerts ever.

Mr Byrne is a bit of a minor genius, I would say. Love him to bits.
