Adult Swim's April Fools Day special broadcast was Smiling Friends generated by artificial intelligence! While AI Smiling Friends sounds like it could be a fun experiment, the results were pure nightmare fuel that no human should watch. You might wanna stick to watching cartoons made by actual people.

Yeah all though it doesn’t top Pibby, I genuinely liked the prank this year. It felt creative going from upcoming content, some nostalgia, the iconic infomercials and the honestly chill train footage.

To be fair, it looked like they were making fun of the whole "let AI do the work for you" phenomenon, and even they were horrified at what they "created" so they instead threw it to sneak peeks of upcoming AS stuff, plus Unedited Footage of a Bear 😀
