I think it is dangerous to assume that because something looks fast it is fast. Innovations in textures are really interesting, like what Scope has done with tha fishscale pattern on their latest wheels and textures in fabrics.

Love the vids.
I have tested over 15 helmets and kept the following as they were the fastest for me:
- Specialized TT5
- HJC Adwatt
- MET Drone widebody
- Kask Mistral

All great helmets IMO.

In 2011 he was also not rocking the Tririg Styx. Those Dura Ace skewers were costing him some watts. :)

I understand what you want to display us, but you forgot the most important aspect in hot conditions, that's the cooling. If you keep core at target, you have more power, forget about the 10-15 Watt gain with a faster helmet, that does not cool. The industry has nothing really to cool of the helmet, and it would be easy to manufacture.

Awesome video! I find this super interesting!

The new generation of helmets are guiding the air round the shoulder / body. One of the best right now in my opinion and based off results is the ekoi pure aero… (Patrick Lange in Kona / Sam Laidlow Kona bike record / Jelle Geens 70.3 champ).

A problem I see though is that it doesn’t appear to have any ventilation holes and if you look at Patrick Lange… he actually cut hole in the front for kona so I think it is a problem for hot places or heavy sweaters. Interesting that Laidlow was sweating so heavy on kona without the holes that Lange had. Of course you expect him to be working super hard but wonder if that contributed to his overall finish?!

Also worth checking out the fit between riders… Jelle Geens for example… the helmet doesn’t fit to the back like Lange. Obviously works for these guys still but is there more to come for Jelle Geens or does his position keep him fresher for the run.

Lots of thoughts and not many answers right now 😂

I have tried long tail helmets and short helmets - I find the short is better

Congratulations, your products are innovative. I was close to order. But everything is so expensive on your site. But now it's over anyway.

Maybe in 4 years I will order something if the crazyness is over. 😢

Let's not overlook the fact that the Pro Peloton [super elite road cyclists] are always on the lookout for Triathlon Tech Advancement Treacle!
