Here is what you'll need!

INGREDIENTS/ SANGKAP:

Vanilla Sponge Cake: -
4 eggs
125 grams sugar
pinch of salt
40 grams milk
1 tsp vanilla
125 grams Cake Flour
40g Unsalted butter

Sugar Syrup: -
35 grams white sugar
50 grams water

Cake Filling and Icing: -
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
Food color

Chocolate Ganache for drip: -

160 grams white chocolate compound
⅓ cup all-purpose cream
Food color

Other materials: -
Sprinkles
Edible glitter
Doll printout
Cake collar
Tape

Beautiful. I just felt that the ganache was in excess. I could be wrong. My question is, do we need yo add room temperature ganache or can we prepare it and keep it aside for an hour or so? I want to understand how quickly we need yo act eight the ganache . Thanks

I used your ganache ratio and after 5h, it thickened and didnt flow. :( i used beryls white choc block and everwhip. :(
