I would have to say one of my all time favourite songs. The vocal is simply fabulous. I think you have to go to 4 non blondes with "Whats Going On" about 20 years or so later that has tha type of vocal style. I know the other songs were hits but for me this is it. Thankyou Andy and the rest of the band for years of enjoyment.

Lady Starlight was supposed to be Sweet´s next single after SixTeens, but they decided it will be only Andy´s solo single and Brian won´t be singin on it. It´s perfect for Andy´s voice and I must admit, we all can hear David Bowie´s big influence on Andy´s production. makes me wonder why this song never reachead on the charts of UK.
One of the best song on Desolation Boulevard -album in late 1974.
