That's right: the Shadow of the Mad King festival begins today! This year, we have many ghoulish goodies to seek out and a brand-new mode for the Mad King's Clock Tower. Man this brings back memories. I played Guild Wars 2 for many years since the day it launched. My buddy and I set up our computers next to each other, got snacks and drinks and waited for launch. I remember all the new players crowding and dispersing into the open map, no one knew what was happening or how anything worked yet. It was quite the experience. Definitely the best MMO I've ever played.

Mad King's one of my favorite Halloween additions in games. Back when I used to play Guild Wars 2 religiously, always loved these events and that Clockwork jumping puzzle.

I really want the creator of the "Demon of a Drifter" achievement to receive a salary only after he passes this race for gold 100 times in a row, and each failure would reduce the amount of his salary by $ 100.

I was think of coming back "for the events" after 2-years of not playing. Maybe buy 3-4th expansion. Then I found out YOU destroyed the Hardcore Halloween puzzle. I had no problem getting to the top in 2012. So why can't you have both the baby and Hardcore versions of the puzzle?

This game has handled events all wrong. Instead of adding new challenges. You made things worse every year, after the destroyed version of Halloween LA. Events run correctly make people want to return and they bring new people. Make it hard, fun but easy to get reward instead of farming too much.
