You could definitely improve the skulk with a stone generator which can 1. Turn to skulk and 2. Is created automatically

Hey Aidn, you did the skulk farm wrong, you're supposed to have a automatic stone bridge builder thing. that would pump out stone at a fast pace, then when the mob dies the stone will turn into the xp block and u can use a silk touch mending hoe to get the xp, it actually is decent xp you just build the xp farm wrong, it is usually built in the nether near an automatic enderman farm as that will bring out a lot of XP. Your welcome!
