They should just remove the disruptor rounds, increase base damage to 18, and change the ADS strafe speed to the same speed as AR (Like it once had).
Then it'll basically be a Flatline with overheat mechanic, practically no bullet drop, and passthrough damage.

You want care packages weapons to feel special, no? They are rare and have limited ammo. The idea of them being substantially stronger than the other weapons should NOT be crazy or offensive.
