What the hell is this script kid? You trigger the exploit through the victim. It is not a remote exploit and it does not get executed automatically on some user action, you are just pasting the .dll that needs to be run. You could do the exact same thing with an msfvenom payload and a handler exploit. There are also better vectors to accomplish an SMB delivery code execution, just google more.
