I would love to hear how you like the stainless steel. My husband brought a set into the marriage and I never could cook meat/eggs in the skillets without sticking and taking forever to clean.

We get the "shin noodles" basically ramen noodles.
Step 1: put them in boiling water, break them apart then, drain off the water, note: they are not yet fully cooked, still firm. Step 2: throw them in a wok with some oil and soy sauce and fry them, add veggies, stir fry hoison sauce toward the end. This is one of my daughter's favorite lunches and you can get the noodles at Costco.
