Helped me teach my 14 year old son how to replace the pads. Straight forward approach and clear visibility through out the video. Very well done. Thank you.

What should i do if my piston wont compress?

That bunji cord is completely uneccessary. Leave the upper bolt in, swing the calliper up, change pads swing it down and slip the bolt back in. No realignment necessary.

It takes longer to remove/replace the tire than the brake pads in this vehicle. Try it on the next Altima you do brakes on.

Thanks For The Video!!

I don't have the Nissan Service Manual handy. Do you know the torque spec for the caliper bolts?

Very good video! Good music, detailed, ...but speeding up the video helps it remain interesting! Thanks... doing my wife's brakes later today

Nice video! I just use a C-clamp to depress the piston, using old pad as a buffer.

Nice vid. I'm not car technical by any means. Going to implement what I saw here. Save me some money 🙌 lol

On 2:25 what were you doing on that part I'm confused? I'm going to try and do my break pads this weekend and I'm confused on that part and what it means.
