Julie, I have a question. Do you teach any classes? I’ve seen several of your videos which I feel are very well done and very informative, however there are so many different videos through brother scan and cut as well as your own that there’s almost so much information out there that it’s hard not to get overwhelmed. It would be great to see a catalog or somehow some organization to wear for some of us beginners like myself we could follow the brother videos from A-to-Z, then your own videos From A-to-Z. I’ve had my machines now for a few years, and I do relatively little with them. Partly because I have been in school at the ripe age of 60, and partly because well I can learn from the video it’s hard to know really where to start to learn to build a foundation and go from there. Julie, please help. I purchased a scan n cut a couple of months ago and have been unable to use it. The mat won't load! We have all tried. Customer service has been less than helpful, to say the least. I have asked for a replacement from the store where I bought it, but no go. I am 72, so I'm guessing they think I'm not tech savvy enough to use the machine. I don't really know but I 'd sure like to start using the thing in this lifetime.
By the way, if you turn the mat upside down, it loads almost every time, GO FIGURE
