You gotta be kidding me! I actually had the G-7000 as a kid, 1982 bought it with my own pocket money, 168 Guilders when I saved up a 108 Guilders with my birthday money and chores, my parents chipped in 50 Guilders. I was so psyched!!!

I'm so sorry you got ripped off. I bought a Philips G7000 about 15 years ago for £5, it was all complete with 1 cartridge. I took it apart before I plugged it in. There was so much rust and water damage, I think it had been in a flood. Completely unfixable, (to me at least). I cleaned up the joysticks and put Atari style plugs on them, I still use them to this day. The keyboard was attached to the case with double sided tape, so I carefully peeled it off and stuck it on my bedroom wall. It looked cool. The rest had to be thrown out. Lovely looking machine.
