Defying the Communists; the last stand of South Vietnam

Lê Minh Đào commands the 18th division arvn forces in a desperate last stand fight against the communists. This was the last battle before the war ended when the south Vietnamese president who had just been elected the day before surrendered

Contrary to popular belief the south Vietnamese were brave soldiers although there were morale issues they were willing to fight for their country my grandfather was an ARVN soldier
