Get ready for 3 fast facts about bears…in honour of Fat Bear Week! Since 2014, Fat Bear Week has been an annual tradition in Katmai National Park, Alaska, where over 2,200 brown bears live. Each year, after the bears are at peak weight in preparation for hibernation, the park has an online event (or competition) that encourages the public to vote for their favourite fat bear!
