Being able to drop nades should only be allowed during buy time at the start of each round

I mean, dropping grenades, changed damage of both deagle and the m4a1s (not much, but still), short matches, shorter vision after death, changed the price of dual elites...
I feel like that's enough gameplay changes for one update

I think this operation is a throwback to the good old days of 1.6
Think about it.. the return of classic Dust II, Riot shield and the Guerrilla Warfare terrorist model. It's the perfect love letter from Valve to the veteran players that has been there since the very beginning.
I think this will be a GREAT operation
