If ball deflects due to batsmen body or bat helmet then call it a dead ball

Concussion replacement is a great idea but teams like south africa and west Indies really going to affect by the over rate rules bcoz they genuinely didn't have any spinners to push through some quick overs if it's needed.

They should change Umpire's call rule first, especially when it comes to LBW.

Speak to all boards and broadcasters and throw away all bi lateral ODI/T20 series. Plan only tri-series or quadrangular series for ODIs and t20s. It should have Points system to make it interesting. Every series should include AFG or Nepal or IRE to help them improve their game.

Bi-lateral series should be only for Test matches. Anyway hope the new Test chamionship brings some life to tests.

Concussion rule is good but the rest are waste of time changes. What about the stupid umpiring in WC?

Why no rules changed to increase the power of 3rd umpire to remove blunders from Field umpire? He should be allowed to check Fielder positions, overthrows etc?
Why no increase in DRS reviews for ODIs and Tests?
Why no new changes to stupid 50 % stump hitting margin? Thats ridiculous.

some ruling should be there to penalize the umpire also if gives wrong decision . teams shouldnt be penalized with wrong decision of umpire once third umpire fully knows that on field umpire is wrong . ..

There should be a rule restricting substitute There should be a fixed substitution available like in football (may be total of 50 overs - captain can use one sub throughout 50 overs or 2 subs for 25 overs or maybe 1 for 20, 1 for 20 and 1 for 10) and no subs once that's depleted irrespective of the injury or situation.

As of now, most teams intentionally keep their top fielder as 12th man and makes unwanted substitutions to get him in place of slow movers 🙂

Change the rule which cost New Zealand their world cup..there should be something more credible than deciding the fate of the match based on no.of boundaries hit or the runs scored by England with overthrow that hit the bat and went for a boundary i found it silly though this rule was there from a long time but it is just unacceptable for me

It's high time that substitution in cricket has started albeit in a head injury situation. This should be included for all severe injury situations

ICC still need to work on Umpire's call and the boundary count victory when super over is draw
