How many thousands of years have the British isles been inhabited? And yet we still have not created a reliable system to collect drinking water to supply our needs!!! Water is pretty important yer know

14% increase for the customer is not a separate issue; this is mismanagement by highly paid executives who probably still have or had a golden golden handshake.

To reach net zero by 2030 or any future date we will need oil and gas until we fully transition, so why not use our own cheap resources instead of paying for foreign expensive resources. We do not need to live in energy poverty until we transition and if Reform are the only party prepared to transition cheaply then that's the party that will get my vote, on top of the fact Reform are prepared to leave the ECHR to tackle illegal immigration makes voting Reform a no brainer!!!

Does no one see that it is impossible to reduce CO2 when the borders are wide open? People produce carbon dioxide and net zero can never be achieved by encouraging an exponential growth in consumers.

The gas and energy suppliers have massive investment in government.

No, even though I'm a libertarian, I can't square a necessary monopoly being sold again and profit extraction. I think it should be nationalised and each house in Thames Waters area of operation should be allowed to buy shares in it and they own it. I say £1-2000 per household. In theory, Thames water runs profitably, charges them, and returns it to them. And that way, they can carry on improving infrastructure. It's a simple solution. You end up creating a somewhat uplift for the people.

I thought State of the Nation speeches came from Prime Ministers, not politicians.
