Thank you very much Jay. Although the audio transcript mentions " I go to the gym 3 days a week TO DO a yoga class", the lady in the audio mentions it as "I go to the gym 3 days a week AND a yoga class. That made me confused and got that point wrong,

The answer to question 2 has to be "concentration". I think she means to say that going to the gym and doing yoga helps her concentration.
