Phaedra is making new friends, as well as a name for herself, in the world of holistic medicine while extending her Reiki expertise to the group to mend the broken relationships between Quad and the ladies.

Lateasha is making sure her voice is heard and, while building a new sisterhood with the ladies, is ready to walk down the aisle with Dr. Gregory Lunceford despite the judgment and criticism from some in the friend group.

Meanwhile, new friend Dr. Alicia is pivoting her career from dentistry to a full-time mompreneur. With so many life changes and drama at a fever pitch, will the ladies be able to get past the pettiness?

I feel away, why invite Quad to just dismissed her like she isn't somebody, its a set up that isn't kind at all. The ultimate get back and leaving her hanging, thus asking, who was her friend then and now, even prior or during her side eyeing everyone whom claimed to have, not those whose heart is revengeful and spiteful to not forgive. Not saying that Quad is to be held accountable too to be humble and see who is a friend. Look how she thought that Heavenly and Jackie was, but it was all business, nothing personal

Quad is not my favorite but how she was treated was not right!!!! If ya was going to send her home, why even invite her to the trip. She didn't even do anything while on the trip for ya to ask her to leave. Then on top of that ya had that lady pack, get on a plane, then tell her to pack and go home, so then she had tp pack again what she just unpacked board a plane again, just to go home to unpack, i would be pissed cause ya wasted that lady's time, doing her like that, none of ya are friends or sisters, ya are co-workers!!!

Yeah, that was a total set up by Toya! The only reason she invited Quad was to humiliate her and the others backed her up! Heavenly was never Quad's friend and she is all up Dr. Jackie's butt and she don't like Quad! They could have confronted her in Atlanta because this was cruel! I think Quad will make another appearance in the future so they should be on ready!

Heavenly said that the new lady Alicia has always had speaking parts, they just don’t show the viewers on the show, but now that Quad is gone, they are finally letting us hear Alicia talk! That shows that Alicia really was Quad’s stand by replacement!
