These Enoki Mushrooms turned vegan chickn tenders HIT THE SPOT!!!! & yes all caps were needed. Lol. Whip these up for the Super Bowl, or any gathering for that matter, and realllyyyy impress your guest. The key tho? THE SAUCE! What a great idea, they look delish! Unfortunately I have health issues that keep me whole food plant based and can't eat them! I want to experiment with the idea using a healthier flour like chickpea or oats and try baking or air frying and see if I can come up with a decent compromise! Thanks!

Have you ever tried jackfruit? Supposedly, you can shred the meat inside and it looks surprisingly like shredded chicken. Probably even tastes like it too! This is an interesting take! I never would have thought to use those little mushrooms like this! Do you have any favorite dipping sauces for these?
