Some answers to questions in the stream:
Que 1: Will prefer to rent instead of living in an uncompleted house
Que 2: in Ghana, to choose 1 or the other, I will prefer to live closer to where amenities are available if I have the finances. The option to live further away from town will only be considered if am not sure of ever raising enough capital. However, with enough funds I will actually go for having both options- ie properties both away and in town
Que 3: Will rent while construction is ongoing up until the space is livable

living in the diaspora, I bought in greater Accra. I don't want to live far from the airport, banks, government offices, and city amenities. I Don't mind the roads not fixed, but I don't want rural for daily living.

I would prefer to build if I can afford. Also I wouldn’t mind living in an uncomplicated house; this will allow my family and I to enjoy living in our own house without any pressure. My only fear is the security. My concern is to secure the property from burglars.

I saw that video and I thought it was awesome and so informative, I have many family members who built many years ago and now those homes are like garbage, I wouldn’t spend one day in those homes today so

Depending on what one is used to, those clay land and nothing nearby with no lights and water is a challenge for those who are in the diaspora because it is jarring to live like that all of a sudden so it comes down to affordability, for me, I have to confess that it is what has kept me from getting a home done because I can’t see myself in those conditions and at the same time, price is getting higher and higher so it is a problem
