Simple cloudy puddle pour with negative space.

11 x 14 canvas.

Cloudy puddle pour using minimal colors.

Base coat is 1 part Artist loft flow acrylic paint 2 parts floetrol and 1/2 part Deco art white satin enamel. Mix well and add lots of water to thin.

Paint is mixed 2/1 floereol/paint plus water to thin.

No pouring medium or Gac in any paints tonight.

Bottle of cloudy mix is Folk art milk paint and water.

Simple colors gold, Paynes gray, red oxide and Churned butter (milk paint cloud mix).

It is simple but elegant....it sets a tells a story....for me. But that mood and story will be mine....everyone will see and feel something else or maybe something similar....who knows. I love it's simplicity...elegance...and it has just the right amount of color and line and negative space. You have that ability....to be able to strike the right balance without it being too garish in color, or too busy in it's line. Love your work!!!!

Beautiful! If I only have artist loft white paint not the flow, how much floetrol should I add to the paint?

You have to get a big plastic pan, like the ones that go under washing machines. Or some artists use kids plastic swimming pools. No more decorated slippers!
