We have a very similar story with this company. I eventually had to go through my bank and create a claim to get my money back. They pretty much took me through the same situation communicating back-and-forth same type of conversation that they had with you. The only difference was when I asked to cancel my order I was abruptly told that they did not cancel orders after being told by support that they would send in a request to there billing department to have it canceled. I was told it would take five additional days to be approved and when I called and emailed back to find out the status I was told that they do not honor cancellation request that is on their website that they do not do cancellation so my bet is that is going to be there next step with you — tell you that is stated on their website that they don’t do cancellations even when they don’t ship out your order.

I purchased a box the first week of October, got a tracking number 2 days after and I still haven’t gotten anything. I’ve emailed them multiple times and they keep sending the same message saying it’s been expedited to be sent out but I get emails every day saying they restocked new boxes 🤦🏻‍♀️ this is insane

File a claim with your CC company or bank. They should be able to get your money back. 😡
