Yeah, if they had switched it out for some other Caribbean ports that would have been understandable, but Canada? Literally all of your plans and everything you had packed for would be completely off the table. They should have offered free cancellation with least future cruise credit for people that didn't want that itinerary and quite a bit more onboard credit for those willing to stick with the cruise. That's pretty unacceptable, I would be pissed.

Yes, I know we're supposed to expect that sometimes we don't get to go where we thought we were going on a cruise. But that's usually we're missing one port, not the whole cruise! Just $100 on board credit is not enough. Passenger should have been given a few more options. Partial refunds and the other half to use towards another cruise at another time? Where was that option? I feel sad for those guests.😢

$100?!!! I think they needed to provide the opportunity to change to a future cruise to the proper destination for no charge or cancel for a 75% refund. St. John is beautiful, but it's nothing like the original destination. Not cool.👎👎👎

I'd of been packed to go swimming not see snow! I'd have to buy a whole new Wardrobe and that would be a pain considering you would have to pick with only one or 2 stores instead of the months of pre-planning we women tend to do! I haven't been on a cruise yet. When I do I'll be having anxiety over every detail for months. If they would change it last minute, I'd have a meltdown!!!

So I can't drive my SUV because it uses 6 gallons of fuel a day, but nobody has any problem with all these ships burning 2000 gallons per hour. Leave our gas cars alone!
