9:27 nope, it was a rebellion against people to posted low quality pokemon memes like “the four horseman of sinnoh teams” and then put pokemon like infernape, garchomp, luxray, and staraptor. The people who posted them would get money from people replying and liking and viewing the low quality meme and would comment even more. Someone was tired of all of this bullcrap, so, they posted the same low quality memes, but replaced the images with hala. Some people caught on and spread the memes until the whole pokemon community was shot up into flames by hala

It also enjoys dive bombing hunters when they’re in the middle of fighting another monster.
