Jennifer McCabe takes stand in Karen Read murder trial. Brian Albert's sister-in-law Jennifer McCabe was at 34 Fairview for an afterparty the night O'Keefe died. She was one of two women with Karen Read when they found O'Keefe's body in the snow in the morning. McCabe's phone was a focal point of pretrial hearings. Someone made a Google search on her phone for "how long to die in cold," but the defense and prosecution disagree about when that search was made.

The Behavior Panel comprises the world's top body language and behavior experts: Scott Rouse, Mark Bowden, Chase Hughes, and Greg Hartley. They analyze behavior and body language in videos of public interest. This non-partisan group aims to educate and entertain, focusing on nonverbal communication, deception detection, behavioral analysis, statement analysis, interrogation, and resistance to interrogation. Through careful examination of gestures, expressions, linguistics, and cultural context, they reveal truths and deceptions.

I don't think she's angry because she's being accused. She's angry because nobody is believing her lies. She did delete phone calls between herself and her sister and calls with the victim. she's claiming they were not answered. Yet, she was caught on a voicemail telling her sister... police were on their way to help... 😮

As a retired police officer I am embarrassed by this case. From the Canton Police, State Police, the Judge, and the D.A., the amount of lies, deceit, and incompetence is unmatched.
This case should never have come to trial.
FKR. JUSTICE FOR JOHN.

Jen McCabe: "I don't even know how to delete calls."
a couple seconds later: "People delete calls in day to day life.
a couple seconds later: "I deleted calls from my daughter." Bc my cop friends investigating the case told me I could. But she's not lying right? This woman is too much and y'all are WAY TOO EASY ON HER. The significance of these questions is HUGE.

I can’t see how anyone can hear this case and not have reasonable doubt.

I can't understand why police officers would let her delete any messages, even if they were to her daughters? Surely that shouldn't have been allowed?

She’s asking for clarity as a stall mechanism so she can get her lie straight in her head cuz Jackson is not going in chronological order, on purpose

I think she's able to lie with sincerity because she believes she's righteously protecting her family.

@Mark just FYI there wasn’t a single “formal interview” done or recorded in what you would consider a formal setting. That’s part of the reason this is such a world renowned case. The MSP botched the investigation!

YES!! Finally!!!! After watching your breakdown of the interview, my immediate thought was, “ Oh, they HAVE to see this lady’s testimony!” * actually nearly all the State’s witnesses are worth seeing, but this one is the most brain scratching I’ve ever seen.* I can’t recall a time I’ve been so excited to see anything 💜

At 39:40, John is dead on Nicole's lawn, and Nicole and Brian's status is "unknown." Yet Jen shows no concern for her family, even with a death just yards away. She didn't ask first responders to bang on Nicole's door, kick one down, or break a window to get in to check on them. She made two casual phone calls to Nicole. Why? Because she knew how John died and knew Nicole and Brian weren’t in danger from a "potential killer".

Her constant use of the word hysterical when referring to the initial discovery and reaction of Karen is just so disgusting. How is a women to act when her husband is missing for hours and then found laying dead in the snow. Would she have reacted with poise and silence if that was her man. My God women. How ignorant and rude can you be. When someone uses the word hysterical they’re basically saying the person was annoying and or being obnoxious. It’s just wrong the way she’s defining Karen’s reaction that day and it’s so obvious she does not like Karen.

She showed concern for her friend when she referred to him as “a man passed out in the snow” and “a guy unresponsive in the snow” on the 911 call

Her daughter was a witness, and she said she deleted texts/calls with her daughter, but then says she didn't delete any calls with any of the witnesses.
