While the vehicle is very sharp, the quality is simply disappointing. Just purchased a new XT4 with every Cadillac option. Paid over $60, 000, which included a few dealer-installed options. I had the car for less than 3 weeks now and an annoying rattle developed in the plastic cover located behind the rear-view mirror. Now the memory seat doesn't function properly. It either automatically lowers the seat, goes to the full-back position, and totally reclines upon entering the vehicle. The mirrors and steering wheel also reposition automatically. Each time I enter the vehicle, I have to reposition the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel. I made a service appointment and when doing so, was told there were no loaner cars available and that the provided transport is available only is for a radius of 10-miles or 10-minutes from the dealership. I was called when the car's service was completed. When I met with the service writer, I was told "GM is aware of the issue with the memory seat. At this point, there is no solution, but they are working on it. Until a solution is made, you'll have to adjust your seats, mirrors, and steering wheel".

Since 2018, I drove the Lexus ES 300H where I traded every-2 years. Never did I have an unscheduled maintenance service, and when oil changes and tire rotation was required, I was provided a loaner car of equal value without charge. Lexus provides unparalleled service and vehicle quality. I already regret trading down to Cadillac. (I was looking for a smaller wheelbase vehicle with all the luxury features.) Don't make the mistake I made by the good styling and color selection. Keep

Great presentation of the Xt4. I the market for a Cadillac and have looking at the Xt6, but a little pricey. I have a 2012 SRX and love the car. Might look into the Xt4 after seeing this video. Thanks

Advertises being able to tow 3500 lbs but in the specs limits it to 2000lbs and 200 lb tongue weight. That’s a long way from 3500, cute trick to deny warranty.

2019 xt4 premium have same issues in 2019 i paid over $50, 000 with every everything and also plenty of electric issues to the new cadillac not like the old cadillac 😢
