A stock G8 would never do that to a 370z. Stock G8'S barely run 13.8. LOL! Come on now, any modded car can beat a stock car ;) The fact that a 6.2 LITER V8 car can't beat a V6 370z is embarrassing. No wonder GM decided to discontinue Pontiac.. Low sales, bad cars and lack of customer interest.

Yep, pretty much. You need to do some serious engine work and put forced induction to them to see any power. And, give up your warranty too. My friend has a supercharged G8 plus all the bolt ons, and the dealer still honors the factory warranty.

The G8 GT actually handles very well... It has fully independent front/rear suspension a pretty stiff chassis. It was designed by Aussies...

G8 doesn't have an extra hundred hp it has 361hp and around 380tq. So maybe 25 extra hp. They are not crap on the inside either. The leather is very thick and robust. It doesn't have a bunch of the little odds and ends. They are also not an American crap box they were built in Australia and shipped to America. It's a fantastic vehicle that handles well for a 4000lb vehicle and brakes excellent. The other thing is the 6.0 really opens up with just an intake and tune. So before you start bashing a vehicle Mitchell, educate yourself on it. The G37 is a great car for what it is. Makes great power out of the V6 and is lighter and handles more crisp with great features for the interior. Two different vehicle for two different types of customers. I drove the coupe G37 and the sedan and liked them both but have 2 kids and well once you drive the G8 GT with all the room inside and power to get that boat going it was a win win for me. Plus I pass G37's all day long on the road, along with the IS350 and BMW 335's but come across very few G8's.

I can tell that the G8 in this video isn't even modified. Infinity G coupes make minimal horsepower gains with bolt ons and a tune. As you know from owning a G8, bolt ons and a tune turn the car into an animal. I've seen bolt on G8 GTs beating twin turbo G coups at the track. They are slower than dog shit, and you need to spend a ridiculous amount of money and void the car's warranty on top of it, to even make them decently fast.

First, G8 had the 6.0 liter not 6.2
2, G8 is made by holden commodore and rebadge by GM
3, G8 is plenty of room cant sit 5 people and 3 hockey bag and still faster than G37 and 370z not bad for 4000 pounds car!!!
i race many 350z, 370z, never lost except 1 he was turbo highly moded now imagine my G8 turbo ;)) in that video my G8 only hade air intake and mail tune barely moded. I'am not saying 370z is blablabla i just prefere my faster and fun to drive G8GT V8 6.0 loll

What are you talking about? a G8 runs 13.8 1/4 mile.. The G37 sedan runs 13.7... If there was 5 people in the G8, it would probably run 14.5 1/4 mile.. You wouldn't be able to beat a 350z or 370z STOCK. Lol and with 5 people in your car it would be like 4500 lbs! Hahaha nice try ;)
