This video is being filmed from a long distance away with a digital telephoto lense, with a protected camera and from a direction that means the polar bear, cannot smell the camera operator.
In populated areas like Churchill in Canada, polar bears raid rubbish dumps and there is also an incident, where one raided the freezer of a grocery store and ate the fish and margarine.
