0.8 to 1.0 mm works great in vase mode. Lost in Tech has detailed videos on it. You can also get by with single 0.8 mm wall on normal prints, and it's a huge time saver on complex models that are acceleration bound. It's how I pulled off the 1 hour dragon.

For extra durability, slice with multiple walls, zero infill, and no top layer. You trade off the clean vase mode look for seams, but models like that with several corners you should be able to hide them well. 👍

Great tip! Any nozzle can print line widths up to twice the nozzle size. I print 1.0mm line widths with my 0.6mm nozzle, makes some very sturdy vase mode prints!

I’ve done some testing and when I put the line width to .7 with a .4 nozzles my walls are nice and rigid but my bottoms have a weird cross hatch holes on the bottom like a screen door so instead of changing the line width setting change just the wall width

Extra wide vase mode.... I printed most of my vases with 1.2mm but with a .8 or 1 nozzle
