Giuseppe Ottaviani is a DJ, producer and composer from Italy, who’s mostly known for his many great trance releases. You might know him as the engine behind the legendary NU NRG, but also under his own name Giuseppe Ottaviani he’s responsible for releases such as “No More Alone”, “Through Your Eyes”, “Angel” and of course “Linking People”.

“Linking People” was the first track Giuseppe released under his own name, back in the year 2005 via Paul van Dyk’s label VANDIT Records. For this week’s vlog I sat down with Giuseppe, just before his gig for Airwalk in Venlo, The Netherlands, to ask him about the story behind “Linking People”, his latest artist album “Horizons” and much more!

Enjoy and thanks for watching!

Even though i'm not a fan of his newer stuff, his older productions, especially NU NRG, are very important all times. Also, he's a very sympathic down to earth guy. Met and talked to him once, many moons ago. Thanks Twan, as usual :)

A great interview. Good to hear G O talk about his background and this awesome tune. He is an amazing artist. I like his productions and the work he puts into them. I have had the pleasure to meet him a couple of times. A genuine guy.

Through Your Eyes to me will always be one of the greatest tracks of any dance genre. Astonishing track!

A game changer guy, probably my most favorite uplifting producer. I remember I first heard Linking People on a Technics DJ set CD by Shog's 2Faces (godspeed 🖤) and instantly goosebumps for first listen.
Hats off. 🙏

HUGE fan of the Italian Maestro since 2006. Linking People is great, but Through Your Eyes was the one that did it for me!

Fantastic interview! Hes such a great guy GO.
He was so kind to draw on a napkin the routing for his studio for me not long ago as I was curious about his studio setup.

for me GIuseppe is one of the most native Guys & Musicans & Fellas i ever discovered in the Trance Scene . I'm happy to own still the Vinyl of Linking People that i bought back in the Days in 2005 :) and Of Course the good Old Nu Nrg Stuff like Dreamland, Freefall etc :))
