Seems they learned, coming July 20 at 11 a.m. ET, Ember will be getting her own heirloom skin, with the new changes also taking effect meaning .. you can have ALL this, for platinum?

When DE said 'Both', they were referring to the full heirloom collection AND the individual heirloom items NOT the previous heirloom collections, those aren't coming back.

I think they mean both as in 1- heirloom collections 2- heirloom items

Yea i think the "both" part meant collections in general and buying the parts individually - instead of meaning The previous heirloom pack and embers.

So the mag and frost will not return. Ember heirloom will be limited time to buy for real money. BUT - you will always be able to buy the heirloom pack in game (475p) or buy her set individually for plat (however much theyll be separately)

I don’t think it will blow up in their face if mag and frost return because you did say that the plat was fixed on those so the people did technically get their moneys worth from last years pack. Sure some may be a bit peeved but the majority would be happy the another piece of fomo could be returning permanently

They said that they will release another heirloom after tennocon. It will be announced at tennocon for who it will be (most likely Rhino)

The answer was no, because sure the pack you can buy with real money is time limited, but the platinum pack containing all of the items won't be time limited
