It's obvious that everything im the book can't be in movie..
But whatever movie has shown it is totally by the book. Word to word.

Book describes..
The cruelty the pain the massacre..it's not possible to show.. So movie is not bad to showcase basic story line.. But you have to read the book to feel every emotion of a character.. Worth reading your time!

Today(17th of july 2024)I finished up reading the book - Train to Pakistan by Khushwant Singh Ji.
I have to admit that it was truly an emotional roller coaster ride .
Salute to our unsung heroes during independence!
And yes! The Ending surprised me to the extent that i was overwhelmed for a moment.. Had no words to describe what I felt at that very moment!
The mysterious hero was indeed juggut singh ji!
Felt glad for the lives he saved!
And the devilish mutilation that happened of hindus and sikhs left me teary eyed ! At that even I felt that the revenge must be somehow taken... But as they say a life for another life... It's not at all justified!
We all are humans first...
The reading was worth it! And i remember that even my english teacher had once recommended us to read it!
Today I did that but didn't knew that there was a movie on it too. Well! I am so overwhelmed that i don't want to see this right now but ya maybe later... The novel was enough! ❤
