BLU3 NEMO Unboxing & First Dive! (Underwater Treasure Hunting) 🤿

In my previous video, I teased my viewers with the arrival of a large wrapped box.. and today, I am unboxing the contents - a BLU3 NEMO portable hookah diving unit that I recently purchased from Detect-Ed! This SSA (surface-supplied air) unit will help me to recover items lost in the water, as well as allow me to perform underwater treasure hunting (up to 3m/10ft) without regularly coming up to the surface for air.

Watch me as I head out to test the NEMO and check my buoyancy in a perfectly-sized rock pool - will I find any treasures during my first test dive?

G, day DFM👍 Thanks for the shoutout much appreciated❤️ Good job on the first dive, getting the weights right is hit or miss lol 😂 to make your life easier I’d recommend the Aleader dive fins as you can walk in them like shoes, also metal detectors won’t pick up those thin GOLD chains and small earrings and those rock pools are full of tiny GOLD👍👍 use your fins to blast sand out of those crevices. If you make it up to sydney Dan and I can take you for a few dives, even dive with BIG BLUE❤️ See you on the next hunt💍👍

Interesting piece of kit Mish. I would probably attach a length of nylon rope between the surface unit and yourself and make it just shorter than the air line in order to take the strain off the air line. I would also consider getting a length of orange electrical conduit from Bunnings to place a second Diver Below flag up higher for when you are diving in water shared with water craft particularly powered water craft.
