Unfortunately deep work isn’t seen as a good thing in companies especially big ones, what is seen as important is replying to that email as soon as possible 😔

Most of the task-switching at work is prompted by disorganized managers who aren't considering the time it takes to get out of the mindset of task A and delve into task B - and the time it takes to switch back - or the frustration of doing so. Left to our own devices we naturally BATCH tasks according to mindframe involved.
