Current all star calibre players wouldnt have been considered back in the 70s and 80s, simply cause their playing time was so low.
Dr. J, big O, Olajuwon, Jordan, Bird, Magic, Kareem, Ewing, they all had numerous seasons with 82 games played, and add the playoffs to that! Imagine telling that to leonard or embiid, theyd drop dead on the spot.

Its the Teams, Coaches and GMs that are responsible.
