Im gonna use that for warm up and train tecnique and even for legstrengthtraining as the element with lowering bodyweight going into the feint, is a great way to train the legstrength around the knee in particular. Why am I not surprised this comes from you here running this excelent channel.
I just have one negative critique, which is actually good: "Why have it been so long since we last had an uploaded video? Not many channels has quality content as yours, so we wait training our patience for your videos. thanks!"

And very few farangs grasp the essense themselves as good as you do it as most depend only on the wisdoms from thais, but I hope you will take them to practise with you allso, as they still are superior to all of us nomatter if you are superior to most of we normal mortal keyboard or wannabewarriors...
